Terms and Conditions - Piggy Platter Contest
1. Sponsor
The Piggy Platter Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored and administered by Pigfrees Snacks Corp. (the “Sponsor”), located in Ontario, Canada.
The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform or third-party service used to promote it.
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario, Canada who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members of the Sponsor, as well as anyone directly involved in the administration of the Contest, are not eligible to participate.
3. Contest Period
The Contest begins on June 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST (the “Contest Period”).
Entries received outside of the Contest Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
No purchase necessary.
To enter, participants must sign up for the Pigfrees newsletter via the official Contest entry form during the Contest Period.
Each eligible newsletter signup during the Contest Period will automatically receive one (1) entry.
Limit: One (1) entry per person/email address unless otherwise permitted by the Sponsor.
5. Prize
There is one (1) prize available to be won.
The prize consists of one (1) Piggy Platter, which includes:
- 4 Cookies
- 8 Rice Krispies Squares
- 4 S’mores
- 4 Campfires
- 4 Candy Kabobs
The winner may select available flavours from current Pigfrees offerings, subject to availability and Sponsor discretion.
Approximate retail value: $100 CAD
The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and no substitutions are permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion.
6. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
The draw will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative following the close of the Contest Period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification and Claim Requirements
The selected entrant will be contacted by email using the email address provided at the time of entry.
To be declared the winner, the selected entrant must:
- Respond within seven (7) days of initial notification
- Correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance
- Confirm eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions
If the selected entrant does not respond within the required time period or fails to meet eligibility requirements, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate entrant.
8. Skill-Testing Requirement
As required by Canadian law, the selected winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance before the prize is awarded.
9. Privacy and Communications
By entering the Contest, participants consent to the Sponsor collecting and using their email address for the purpose of administering the Contest.
Participants also agree to receive marketing communications from the Sponsor, in accordance with applicable Canadian anti-spam legislation (CASL). Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
10. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsor may use their first name, general location (city), and/or likeness for promotional purposes, including social media, website, and marketing materials, without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
11. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest at any time if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s control affects the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance or use of the prize.
13. Governing Law
The Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
